The crew also replaced the existing skylight and installed new drip edge, pipe flashings, and other flashing components around vulnerable roof penetrations and transitions.

Rooftop HVAC equipment was lifted and reset as needed during installation, while a licensed solar contractor detached and reinstalled all 41 solar panels. To complete the exterior restoration, approximately 253 linear feet of new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters and matching downspouts were installed to improve drainage around the home.
