Challenge: Restore a failing, high-traffic entry with hidden structural damage

Rot in the entry deck support members and an undersized/compromised beam created movement, cracking, and chronic leaks. The surrounding stucco had fractured and displaced from repeated moisture intrusion, and the walking surface no longer provided reliable waterproofing—an urgent concern for a busy access point in Sedona.

Solution: Rebuild structure, renew stucco, and install a durable epoxy aggregate deck system

Our crew stabilized the area, coordinated resident access, and rebuilt the entry from the structure out to the finished surface. Temporary access and safety barriers were maintained during construction to keep the pathway usable while work progressed.

• Reinstalled railings, sealed penetrations, and completed a detailed quality walk-through.
