Our team carefully removed and stored the existing tiles, removed the deteriorated underlayment, and installed premium synthetic tile underlayment throughout the roof, with high-temperature self-adhering ice and water shield applied at designated low-slope areas and new 1″ × 2″ wood battens set for tile attachment.

Flashing was replaced where appropriate and all roof penetrations were waterproofed, and a reinforced two-ply elastomeric coating was applied to three low-slope roof sections. The team then reinstalled the existing concrete tiles, replacing damaged tiles as needed and relocating discolored trim tiles to less visible areas for improved curb appeal. To finish, the crew painted the chimney stucco, installed missing fasteners, and completed a thorough jobsite cleanup.
