Problem: Addressing Stucco Damage and Protecting the Low-Slope Roof

The property required repairs to eleven stucco wall cracks, two popouts, and the full west wall. Because stucco repairs can involve both visible surface damage and underlying areas requiring reinforcement, the repair system needed to include materials such as stucco wrap, EPS foam, lath, mesh, bonding agent, and compatible stucco finishes to properly rebuild each damaged section.

At the same time, the low-slope roof sections on the main house needed maintenance and a new protective surface. The work called for attention to roof penetrations and drainage components — vents, flashings, drains, scuppers, protrusions, corners, and membrane splits — before the new silicone coating could be applied.
Solution: Stucco Restoration and Premium Silicone Roof Resurfacing

Our team repaired all eleven identified wall cracks, two popouts, and the west wall using Senergy Alpha Base Coat with fiberglass mesh or a three-course polyester shield coating system as needed. Stucco wrap, 20-gauge lath, EPS foam components, mesh tape, and concrete bonding agent were used where required, and compatible stucco texture finishes were applied to blend each repaired area with the existing wall as closely as possible.
On the roof, the crew pressure washed the existing low-slope surface to improve silicone adhesion, then resealed vents, flashings, drains, scuppers, protrusions, corners, and membrane splits as needed. Premium 100% direct-bond silicone was applied at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet across approximately 1,800 square feet of low-slope roofing, using premium high-solids silicone coating, asphalt bleed blocker, polyester reinforcement fabric, sealants, and related flashing materials. The selected Sedona Tan color provided a finished, uniform appearance that suited the property’s desert setting.
Result: Renewed Protection for the Roof and Exterior Walls

The completed work provided the property with repaired stucco surfaces and a renewed protective coating across the low-slope roof sections. Addressing the roof penetrations, drainage components, and membrane details before coating helped prepare the existing surface for the new silicone system, while the stucco repairs refreshed damaged exterior areas and restored a more consistent appearance across the repaired walls.
Together, the roofing and stucco improvements give the property owner greater confidence in the condition and protection of these exterior surfaces. The repair and coated areas are backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty, with manufacturer product warranties applying according to their standard terms — a coordinated exterior improvement project that addressed visible wall damage while renewing protection across the existing low-slope roof system.
