• Installed custom drip edge and sealed with pressure-sensitive TPO cover strip for a clean, resilient perimeter.
• Re-sealed exterior scupper joints for improved drainage and leak protection.
• Executed a parapet wall tie-in using a multi-ply shield-coat system with primer, polyester fabric reinforcement, and elastomeric top coats for long-term UV/weather durability.
