Hale’s Roofing removed the existing roofing materials down to the roof deck before installing a complete Carlisle reinforced 60 mil TPO roofing system in accordance with manufacturer specifications. RF9 roof protective mat and separation underlayment were installed first, followed by the reinforced TPO membrane across all low-slope roof sections and up onto the parapet walls to create a continuous waterproof barrier.

Custom drip edge with pressure-sensitive TPO cover strip was installed at the roof perimeter, and TPO pipe boots and flashing were installed at every penetration. Exterior scuppers were inspected and resealed to improve drainage protection, and a reinforced wall tie-in coating system with polyester fabric reinforcement was applied at all wall transitions. Existing attic vents were reused where appropriate, and a thorough site cleanup and debris removal completed the installation.
